How A Casino Night Works
A Casino Night in 3 Easy Steps

1) Bankroll
All players start with the same amount of casino chips (typically we use $10,000)

2) Gamble
Players gamble their chips at different casino games throughout the night

3) Prizes
Players win prizes at the end of the night based on how well they did at the casino
Welcome to your Monte Carlo Night!
Here’s how it works: every guest starts the night with a $10,000 chip and one goal… grow it into the biggest bankroll in the room. Cash in your chip at any table for smaller denominations, then play your way through the night at Blackjack, Texas Hold’em Poker, Roulette, Craps, or our crowd-favourite Monte Carlo Wheel. Bluff, bet, and battle your way to the top!
Prize Time
When the tables close, we’ll tally up the results and hand them over to you and how you turn those winnings into prizes is entirely up to you. Here are a few crowd-tested ways to do it:
- Top Winners: Our dealers tally every player’s chips and rank them highest to lowest. Prizes go out top-down – simple, competitive, and satisfying.
- Draw Tickets: Guests use their chips to buy draw tickets throughout the night. At the end, we draw for prizes – everyone’s still got a shot, no matter how the cards fell.
- Auction: Dealers tally the totals, and guests bid their winnings on prizes in a live auction. Big winners get bragging rights (and first pick).
However you choose to play it, remember: the bigger the bankroll, the better the odds of walking away a winner.
Pro tip: Put one of your managers behind the blackjack table for the night. Nothing gets the office buzzing quite like beating the boss out of their chips.
