Between long-standing clients rebooking their next annual date as soon as the day after, and new companies discovering us later in the season, the first two weeks of December are typically gone before Halloween. If your HR or events team is even considering a casino night for this year’s party, the most important thing you can do today is get on the calendar. You can finalize headcount and table count later.
What Makes a Holiday Casino Night Different ?
The games and setup are the same professional-grade equipment and dealers we bring to any corporate event, but holiday bookings tend to run a bit bigger and later into the evening, with all-staff parties in the 100 to 400 person range fairly common.
Our casino events are often paired with a DJ or photo booth from our additional event services. A prize table is also typically geared toward the season, think gift cards, bottles of wine, since a holiday party’s prize table often doubles as a fun, informal way to close out the year.

That’s normal in September. Give us a rough estimate to hold your date and we’ll finalize table count once your RSVPs are in.
Can we combine this with other entertainment?

What happens if our event date changes?
Let us know as early as possible. December is tight enough that we can’t always guarantee an alternate date on short notice, but we’ll always try to accommodate a change if your venue or program shifts.
