Most corporate event budgets get spent on food, a DJ and hope. A casino night solves the problem those events usually run into: getting people who don’t already know each other to actually talk.
A blackjack table forces interaction in a way an open bar never quite does, and colleagues who’ve exchanged maybe three sentences all year end up cheering for each other over a hand of cards. HR teams and event planners book us specifically because it’s an easy yes to justify internally. It reads as a premium, professional event rather than a liability and it scales from a 20-person team dinner to a 500-person all-staff holiday party.

What's Included in a Corporate Casino Night?
Every corporate booking includes professional, uniformed dealers for each table, all equipment including felt-covered tables, chips, cards and full delivery, setup and teardown. We can do a pre-event call to walk through your headcount, timeline and venue logistics.
- Choose from Blackjack, Poker, Roulette, Craps, Baccarat and a Money Wheel.
- Most corporate events run 5 to 10 tables, which comfortably keeps 60 to 150 guests engaged for a 3-4 hour event, but we’ll help you size the right table count to your actual guest list rather than over or under-selling you.
- Everyone plays with fun-money chips redeemable for prizes at the end of the night, so there’s no real-money gambling and no license required for a typical corporate event.
Choosing the Right Mix of Games
Blackjack and Poker are usually the first two tables a corporate event books, since most guests already recognize them even if they’ve never played. This keeps the learning curve low for a room full of coworkers who just want to have fun.
Roulette is the visual centerpiece and draws a crowd, which makes it a strong choice if you want the space to feel busy and energetic.
Craps and Baccarat add variety for a larger event with enough tables to spread guests across different games. The Money Wheel is a popular lower-stakes option for a mixed-age crowd, such as a family day or a client event where not every guest is comfortable at a full table game.

Corporate Casino Night FAQs
How far in advance should we book?
Most corporate events book 2+ months ahead. If you’re planning a holiday party, get in touch by mid-September, since December is our busiest month of the year and fills up fast.
Do we need a gaming license?
No. A standard corporate casino night uses funny-money chips redeemable for prizes, not cash payouts, so no license is required. A license is only needed if you’re running a cash-payout poker tournament, which is covered in more detail on our Fundraiser page.
How many guests can you accommodate?
From an intimate 20-person leadership dinner to a 1,000-plus person all-staff event, we simply scale the number of tables and dealers to match your headcount.
